I have good news to share with all of you. As you all know when I refused to lay down for DHS they charged me with a crime I did not commit. It took almost 2 years to get my jury trial but I am happy to announce I finally did and I was found NOT GUILTY by the jury. Thank you God for being there for me in my hour of desperate need.

Only one reporter would touch it ABC, CBS, and NBC won't touch these stories. After researching it I found DHS has a permanent injucntion against the media to keep them from reporting this. They can only report when there is a death or when the story has reached the court house. As in law suits etc. they are not allowed to report about juvenile court proceedings. However I am not done I will get the truth out eventually.

I understand your frustration I go to court at least twice a month every month and have been for almost 2 years. They wish I would just plead guilty so this would go away but I won't plead guilty to a crime that I did not commit. Hold strong in your convictions don't let them wear you down. Continue to pray to God for help. Psalm 35 is a very good scripture to read in times like these. I take my Bible to court everytime and just sit there and read it. They don't like it but tuff.

I'm sorry I haven't stayed in touch. I became gravely ill towards the end of June and have been in and out of the hospital. I am recovering now and doing a whole lot better today.

The reporter said the Oklahoma Commission on Children was investigating this case. Did they ever contact you and have they completed their investigation?

Their investigation consists of taking my call and then doing absolutely nothing about it. The abuse to my grandson is being allowed to continue. A couple of weeks ago they had to take him to the hospital for rectal bleeding and severe dehydration. I am so glad as they say they are doing what is in the best interest of the child. How bad would it be if they weren't? I go back to court for another one of their stall tactics Aug. 5th. I soon will not be available online moving again.

DHS drug test are a joke. I tested positive myself and tested negative on a blood test that I took the same day. Oklahoma is a big brother state, and one that says this state is great needs to have there head examined. Hello guys I know it has been a long time but I am being forbidden to contact via the internet. I lost visitation of my grandson in August. There is no court order but the worker told the foster parents if I try to see him they are to call the police and have me arrested. I did see him for a few mins in court on Sept. 29,2008. I am now being sent to a grief group so that I can learn to deal with the loss. Everybody know I will never see him again. They want me to learn to live with it.
