umm your review was pretty good and your right this game deserves 5 stars i should kno ive played all the games and i do agree they should have at least showed so of the best features added with gameplay but the trailer was insane

and I agree with you, I love the CGIs clips, it makes the game look like a movie and makes the story wayyy better !

and of course the gameplay is very important, but I think it's too early to show it coz the release date is on Q4 2009 (or 1st October)

To all the idiots who wants to see this on 360, it's published AND developed by SONY. Microsoft doesn't have an equivalent to that. Gears of War was developed by Epic. Halo was developed by Bungie. You really think a 1st party game is going to jump over the 360? Answer = never in a billion years.

The trailer is great and also fair enough, Zeus speaks about the begining when there was only chaos. It send a signal that Kratos might be fighting the very first Gods like: Chaos, Gaia herself, Uranus, the very first Cyclops and especailly the Hecatonchiers...it would be a dissappointment to see Kratos only fighting the Gods, its time the game creators go deeper into the mythology...So Vote for Hecatonchiers Yeah!!

well yeah.. i think when you said "very first gods" i'm assuming you meant titans. Ironically i was just thinking after he helps the titans destory the gods, he would eventually turn and destory the Titans (GOW 4?) and thus all this mythology has a logical end.. Kratos destoryed them all (that's obviously just one person's daydream)

Frankly they should've done both CGI and some gameplay. Not that I really care, aslong as it's God of War I'm happy. Cause that game's badass. Then again I love it for the Mythology and stuff. Firstly; dude, how can you comment GOW and NOT play the original? upgrades in game play, graphics and story asside... all current extensions are a mere shadow to the fall of Ares!!! GOW 1 is just the ultimate package, leaving even the toughest critic breathless. Check it out.

No that is Hades captured Atlas's soul. When you play God of War Chains of Olympus you will see why Atlas said that. Kratos is the reason why Atlas is holding up the earth in the game.

im so mad final fantasy sold out, now it wont be able to take advantage of 50gb and reach it full potential

I agree, but it wouldn't get dumbed down that much on the graphics if it came on the XBox 360. The game would become alot shorter though due to memory issues of the 360 and the PS3 would not reach the max of its abilities. I really hope that this game really fulls up that Bluray Disc just as how God of War Chains of Olympus filled up the UMD. Infact if they made it as an ISO on the UMD, there would be no space for it.
