This feels like the continuation of the story from "Fetal Position" where the baby was killing the mother. "the baby's lungs are underdeveloped". Can Cuddy do it again? here's hoping.

They are really torchering Cuddy's character with this baby. First she couldn't get pregnant, now she won't be able to adopt because the baby will die or somenthing. I mean enough is enough, it's like they want to break her character.

it's something that happens alot to women in "normal" life, as you probably know. It's a realistic view on how a woman's life can also be, instead of the happy woman with a loving husband, 3 kids, a dog and a garden. Its a good thing that the series isn't JUST focused on House, but also on Cuddy, Wilson, and more characters. Even though it is called "House" :)

I think cuddy shouldn't have a child at all. It's gonna take a lot off her time and it's not good if she kind of settles down. Even if it's with house because their relation isn't going to be funny any more.

OMG Like I've been waiting to see them kiss like forever!!! I would love if they are together, but I don't really want to see Cuddy adopt a child. In my opinion they should have a child together, even though they're kind of old (if you consider 40s being old)I don't. People are having children later and later all the time. HUDDY :-P

I don't think the baby dies because House is touching his/her hand at the end of the promo, meaning that he/she has been born.

I'm guessing the baby will survive..HOWEVER, I have a feeling the mother will end up keeping it. Cuddy can never be happy...
