@rohitbrlol No. Only the WDP4 might be the link for Kacheguda Express. Karnataka gets Twin Itarsi WDM3A/WDM3Ds which stay at SBC itself.

Love the compilation! Now I know you love the Diesel Locos, but why is SWR (and to some extent SCR) so keen on NOT electrifying its lines? Even trains like Karnataka Express and Rajdhani Express run on WDMs because of this.... Doesnt speed suffer?

@therebellionwithin The problem lies with the government which is refusing to provide electricity(or something like that). Having electric locos does not mean the speed will increase. Karnataka Express is one of the fastest trains around, considering the numerous stops it has. The reason being it gets twin WDM3Ds - that's 6800hp plus 12 traction motors - from Itarsi all the way to Bangalore. There is no logic in electrifying single-line sections. Most lines in Karnataka are single-line :D
