thats a plasma bubble/orb. Its used too hide Craft's from our sight under normal circumstances. Most o the time their not detected but in certain lighting, like this one, they are. This is hiding what I term a( Flagship) there will be a transport craft soon that brings E.T.'s to the ground in order too harvest, silica,copper, zinc, etc. Surface mining.

Well, in fact YES. This is a rather uncommon thing to whiteness but not so estrange to happen. There's a line of deep abyss fumes of methane all along the coast of Florida, bubbles of methane are only visible when they combine with other meteorological conditions, such as extreme low pressure and moisten air, Methane is lighter than air, and it creates a dome like structure that can be seen if the conditions meet, as it rises onto the upper atmosphere like a giant lava lamp.

--- plus, methane won't ignite as you suggest. Methane but stable enough to lift into the sky and support temperatures of up to 90° in those conditions... plus it is a GAS (very light one) in an OPEN ATHMOSPHERE situation... unless you are holding a torch to the open source of it I doubt anything more than just a few spark of fireworks or funky lights would happen. Second... it gets very COLD up there, not the other way round. Open space is at -110° C or so, so not a chance.
