This is more or less the first video of pump paintball that I've watched, but the 'Auto Trigger' or whatever I see on that one guy's gun seems to defeat the purpose of paintball. Is it tournament legal? (he's shooting as fast as a slow semi).

@dyeguardian yes, auto trigger goes relatively fast, but it is challenging to keep the balls going on target. The rate of fire increase is balanced by the decrease in accuracy.

What's with people dissing electric hoppers on pumps? I play with a pocket hopper on my ego. Makes the game a bit more fun :)

why would anyone need a Rotor for pump.... i can understand something like an Extreme Rage Overdrive DB or something cheap, but a Rotor? lol come on!

But stock class is the way to go anyway.

@donding6 Anything by CCM is fantastic, but very expensive. The Adozin pump is a good entry level pump.

@IVIidnightGaming KP's are fairly good for the price, or you could always find a cheap used cocker, and throw a pump kit on if you need.

@IVIidnightGaming I bought a 50 rd pod from my local store, when you have around 5 balls left it fills up my Winchester almost full, but not too full that it overstuffs. In big games, I Carry these in my pocket btw. In big games I'll carry a 100 rd pod and sit back for a sec and slowly fill it lol.

I remember a friend of mine went to bunker me with almost no air so he autotriggered like a madman and bounced me 12 times and the 13th one broke (after my epic failiure of trying to spin on him, and missed every shot), and ran up to some kid and yelled surrender, and he pulled the trigger *click* and the kid just laughed and shot him.

@xxsparky08xx Because of less paint in the air games go faster and people make more moves. Pump may appear a bit dull, but go out and play a few pump games and you will see.

@suhaibN Not only is it more fun and challenging, but it helps you work on your skill base, gives you better strategic thinking. Plus if you play with guys who play speedball semi you get a lot of respect even if your not doing as well as them and there's nothing more fun then getting a run and taking out like 5 guys with a pump gun.

1. Old school is badass.

2. It's alot more fun than shooting a case or two a day(semi)

3. It's a challenge

4. You get shit-tons of respect from the other players (nobody's really cocky towards pumpers :D)

5. Once your used to it, you can makes big moves across the field and such and look like a ninja xD

why does no one use 13/3000 tanks? I'm switching from semi to pump and I have a 13/3000 and I like it alot. However, I kinda want to use my 68/45 to get more efficiency. Can't really decide. I'm using a 100 round loader so I don't think I need more efficiency since air fills are free, but if I play pump tournies I won't be able to shoot as much.

Whats the deal with putting rotors and other high end loaders on pumps ? I use an elctronic hopper but I don't use my prophecy on my pump.

Gravity hoppers do fine with pumps and their what 5 bucks if that and if they have rotors I imagine they can afford another hopper.
