Canon Powershot SX20 IS digital camera(sample video)

I have a question: after recording a video, it seems there is no audio in the video playback and you can only hear the audio once the file is uploaded onto the computer. I don't know how to turn the playback audio on, can you please help me? Thanks!

I found this very good and handy as a vido camera. The only thing is to have a tripod when using video.

I'VE FOUND THE SAME THING, from another angle. I've posted video on here, and seen videos done with the same camera and settings, but the vids show up on YT in different quality. Thoughts on that?

@prodimid yes..autofocus mode is on on this video...this is a sample video with it's HD mode has been off...

THE VIDEO QUALITY IS GOOD.HOWEVER,THE PICTURES QUALITY IS SO BAD!hell,even when using a 430 flash pic are still very bad.

Hi!.. I actually held it with my hands while panning it. the anti shake feature is effective only using it's digital zoom from minimum range to 20X but I find it very sensitive too slight movement using it's optical zoom from above 20X to 80X(maximum) but you'll get used to it after awhile though.

the video file is a quick time file or a

mpeg2 file it is called mov but what is it and when you record the video in the max resolution I think it is 1270 per 720 well in the moment you watch it on the pc or computer is it visible good or it works slow

@heshammabrouk You can search on review camera website.. I can't speak for Nikon 90 as I didn't know much about it but I can only suggest Canon SX20IS being a very good camera..I bet you won't go wrong choosing that camera as your small investment..

there is actually. I tried playing with the HD video mode and you can change the lighting with different settings ie.. day light, cloudy, tungsten flourescent etc. or in auto mode. The good thing with this camera is that... in every menu or functions, a help will pop up right away to explain it's details which gives a novice user all it's needed information to operate this camera.

I heard that FZ38 and Canon PowerShot SX20 IS are both close rivals. Video quality of this camera is pretty good and it's still images are excellent. Try to check for Panasonic FZ38 and compare. the F28 has been replaced by it.
