Unfortunately I don't know where to get that transparent side-panel. It came with the case I bought. Mind you, it still has a frame. The transparent part doesn't cover the entire side. And ofcourse it's only for one side that's transparent, but you probably already know that.

It'll just make it. There is 11" to install video cards. In the video you will see that the hard drive bays block the larger video cards (eg. 3870X2)
