Hey dude before ur nex to last cat- unbolt the 3 bolts there n slide the rest of ur exaust . I had mine like that last week and it was loud as fuck . But I put it back today like the way I had it before which is how u did urs here . But do it just to see how loud it is . U will be impressed with the sound from the little ranger.
Pretty weak? How about that Piece of shit 5.3L chevy motor or that shitty 4.7L dodge motor. Before you say anything I my POS 2.5L Ranger ate my buddy's Chevy with a 5.3 alive.
@Magnuspire I agree with Magnuspire, my Ranger has a 3.0L V6 and I can easily beat my friends Dodge Ram 1500 that has a V8. It's not the size of the engine that matters, it's how you use it! Plus, less weight means that a smaller engine can do wonders.

These idiots think ''small engine, small horsepower, equals peice of shit truck'' when in reality the Ranger doesn't need anymore power than 150-230 since it's the lightest pickup on the market. It still achieves same 0-60 times similar to Dodge Dakota's with the 318 V8, and Chevrolet S10's with the 4.3. Any more power than that in a truck that light would kill people.

I have a 2001 Ranger with a 3.0 with a M90 supercharger, ported/polished heads, exhaust, cam, roller rockers, intake and I can't tell you how many times how the trucks scared the piss out of me on slightly damp roads or if I get on it too hard on the highway. BTW, it makes about 260. BTW, the V8 trucks don't make much more power than the 4L Ranger.
