Did you know what Miley Cyrus did at the restaurant? She ordered some steak at an expensive restaurant, she paid with a bill of $100.00, the waitress attended her really good and quess what! She didn't even leave a tip for the waitress, that is so embarassing! I know that that wasn't a party in the usa for the waitress.
