Who is the actor that is the taxi driver?

Some blogs and other sites have the actor being identified as Timm Cooney.

To me, the taxi driver looks and sounds like the actor Eddie Barth from the first two seasons of Simon & Simon among his many credits. The taxi driver's raspy voice is so similar to Eddie's.

Eddie Barth has done voice over work for a Miller Lite commercial.
