As for the Japanese, buying the cigarette in the vending machine of the cigarette to need the identification card has decreased.

you'll need to register for a card and they won't give you one unless you have proof that youre over 20

that way, kids cant buy at the vendo machines and the convenience stores :D

Dude they should let kids buy tobacco too... when i was underage i had to steal dip (i dont smoke) from stores and shit... i still dip so nothing can stop kids from using tobacco when theyre older... and why do you have to be 20? that fucking sucks im gonna send some cigarettes to some 18 year olds in japan now!

i used to buy em from vendo machines, but im too lazy to get a card... so i usually buy from convenience stores now. "taspo" was implemented just around 3 months ago. i think theyre considering on changing the legal age for adults here, maybe change it to 18? im not really sure though.
