Is it necessary to dye your hair blonde before applying the pink dye? And you also mix two dyes in the bowl, why? - Can't you find the pink (actually I see it more like fuchsia) color already mixed like that in ONE tube? And lastly, I've searched a few shops so far and I haven't seen anything pink/fuchsia, what should I look for, what brands and what codes? For example now I use Wellaton - code volcanic red. - but the color is pretty dark, I want lighter and intense,like Pink in her debut videos

i had my hair bright pink. if you dont have much dye but you wanna keep the colour, put some pink dye into the conditioner and wash it with that. :)))))) js.

Just as a tip if you put vasaline on your skin around your hair when and if the dye touches your skin it more than likely wont dye your skin.

i know exactly how you feel with the poofy hair. my hair is naturally curly and that happens when i blow dry it to, hence the reason why i stay away from blow dryers.

OH THATS A GOOD IDEA- Mixing the colors! the Virgin Rose is always way to dark (i usually use on my tips) and the atomic pink, cupcake pink its always too light... Wow, i cant belive i didnt think of that on my own... >.<

by far my favourite pink dye is Chromasilk Pravana Magenta. I use it and it lasts forever, no developer. but i'm a cosmetologist so i can only find the brand at license distributors.

you have to bleach your hair, or mix the dye with the bleach, i tried it once with just pink in my OLD OLD blonde hair and it last a day so you have to add bleach or blonde dye xD

i know it sounds kinda dirty but you can get a dry shampoo spray thing that takes out the grease.

or just put baby powder in your hair.

when you do wash it, wash it in cold, not hot, water

i had a pink streak it fades after a few washes and changes colour to a orange or red shade of pink...you have to redo it often to keep it bright. I suggest you buy a tube of colour that is close to the shade of pink you are dying it and redo it after washing every few days.

All pinks will leave pink on your pillow. All pinks are temporary colors, which mean that most of the color molecules are too large to enter the cortex of the hair, which means they wash out when you sweat or wash your hair. In essence they only "coat" your hair with the color.

i dont dye my hair pink i dye my hair red but i use manic panic and it works really well and it never left red on my pillow, make sure it is all the dye is washed out as well.
