It's definitely expert. Only expert difficulty has 3 chord notes in it (example: 4.45).

I play gh3 since last year in august.. and i play it on computer only with the keyboard... did you try this anytime? i usally play on expert now.. it looks great when the fingers run on the keyboard ^^
