I know a guy who plows a trailer park with a truck like that and it's a 4x4, he says that over 95% of the time he does not use 4wd. The weight of the sander and the duel wheels are enough to keep it going.

Have a boss v- plow on my 2008 duramax 3500HD... No issues whatso ever... Not sure why dealers are saying you can't...

plenty of the 2006 and newer 1 ton duramax diesels hav them on in michigan.

@bad86ta you can put them on but they make you sign a waiver to sign of on liability to the truck. With the heavier 9' 2 vplow and the extra weight of the deisel over gas motor they don't consider it "safe"

this duramax is good with DWR put he would be good with SWR to but if you got a big spreader on the back and a big plow on the front a DRW will work

No not with the Duramax LMM's in 2007.5 models. Either Gas with Plow Prep. or Diesel without in crew cab and extended cab setups. Being an Owner of one of the new LMM's we could not get the plow package becuase of the Crew cab diesel . Not meaning to make anyone mad but people are reacting way to big over this!!!!!!!!!
