  • I fucked up the last bit a little but I'm happy :) I put it as a video response :D

  • THANKS SOOO MUCH.. and although im still getting some warp even at 10% with the same camera settings you use (I DONT KNOW WHY) but at least i know how to set it up.. if you have any ideas why im getting the warp issue id appreciate your help.

  • lololol i had to restart the tutorial coz i did something wrong when my clip suddenly stop to black xD

didnt know the fix was a few seconds away

    great tut tho ;D

  • @imask8r hey thanks for the tuto! also why would my video in the slowmo parts be super jumpy when Im trying to slow down even just to 20%. I have it shot in 60fps on a gopro2 and all the settings are right but it still comes out choppy on my comp. Should I be doing something different?

  • what version of adobe is this?

  • @Joshneal85 cs4

  • How would twixtor work with falling water? would that be too much for twixtor?

  • @OhSnapitsJuzDin its not that anything is too much for twixtor it would be that its too much for the Frame rate, if you shoot at say 250fps at like a 1/2500 shutter speed you would have absolutely no problem twixtoring water but at 60fps its just too much because theres not enough ACTUAL FRAMES in the video twixtor creates phantom frames which creates this effect

  • where do you get aftereffects? does it cost money

  • bro, ure great! thx for the tutos.. btw, its really necessary an 60fps footage for good slow motion right? Thanks!

  • @toomuchcoke101 yeah, your eye only sees at 30 fps but since everything is slowed down you're able to see all those screw-ups in quality so yeah.....60 fps fosho

  • @toomuchcoke101 60+ man sorry for late response!

  • Thanks a lot man! Check out the two Twixtor vids on my profile! One's a Parkour/free running video. Enjoy :)

  • Thanx a bunch from Brazil!

    You rock dude!

  • Great job man! You showed me how to solve the problem that the clip cuts in its original lenght.

  • @RichieSimek your welcome man hahah its cool you know john!

  • Thank you imask8er :)

I was playing around with twixtor yesterday, i think we probably shot it wrong and thats why its kinda warping at times. I also was using adobe premiere to do manual cropping.

Thanks for the crop link! :)

  • where did u get the twixtor thingy i dont have it in my after effects

  • @RedBird1997 you gotta buy it

  • big tip: set your composition settings on half the framerate as your clips, so when you have 60frame footage use 30 frames per second in the composition settings

  • @nanohack111 why would i do that? i only final render in 30 i dont want to work at 30fps for twixtor i want to work in 60 and depending on where im uploading it render at lower

  • @imask8r if you work with 30 frames in the composition twixtor have douple time more frames to work with. When your working with 60fps twixtor is going to give you 60fps footage, with 30fps twixtor can work with the other 30 and your image will be smoother. I watch your videos, they are really good ;)

  • @xxfilipinamus3xx yeh i cant remember exactly what i did...ive had that same error before google parsing error in after effects and theres a fix for it

  • hey i need to ask how do you know how long to extend your clip till??

  • "Crops are not meant for call of duty." Yes, but im pretty sure theyre not meant for kids with t3is who twixtor themselves jumping either... I would honestly rather see a crop on a well made call of duty edit then this. Also neither tripods nor dolly's "scroll up" for a "filmy effect." You're talking about all of these "film techniques" that "aren't meant for cod" when in reality someone could just look up a twixtor tutorial using cod and get the exact same information as in this video. Lol.

  • @projectLock you just troll me now dont ya? hahah damn bro...

  • @projectLock why u bitchin

  • do you need camera that can record in 60fps in order for the twixtor to be smooth?

  • @iJeromee 60 or higher yeh

  • where can I find the crops files?

  • wait ive got it already! thanks for the tutorial and clip bro!

  • used ur clip and still getting lots of warping.

  • LINK TO CROPS

  • @Nomannen dont have it

  • @Nomannen mediafire. com/?rlc5i4eh5sa92mj

  • @InfernalMel are those all the crops? imma put them in the description thanks i couldnt find them again0__o

  • @imask8r yes all 720p/1080p

  • crops are now in the description!

  • I have had a little go at making a nice looking clip with the video you provided, but i just carnt seem to get the perfect render setting in sony vegas. I would really like to upload it but im not going to till i have awesome quality

  • @RampageMedia10 render uncompressed AVI than compress it in easy h264, or you can render in a high quality mp4

  • @imask8r ok thanks. Im rendering with high quality mp4

  • where did you get all the crop pngs? cant find them could you put em up on media fire?

  • Crush the blacks? You racist, boy?

  • I am gonna do a little edit with this now I got a nice Colour Correction for this :)

  • No clips in teh descriptionzz :O

  • @CollinsHD check again:)

  • also, how come when I render i have such large file sizes? like a 10 second video is like 9-12gb?

  • @HDLeeT because your rendering as an uncompressed AVI either you can compress it with a video converter or render as like h.264 or just bring it in vegas for final renders like me

  • Clip to practice on is in the description!!!

  • Thanks a bunch and keep up the good work :D

  • last :D
