These are absolutely nothing compared to an iPod touch, save your money, iPod touch is 1000000000000% better in every way, it is more sturdy, plays apps, and I extremely user friendly, I had one of those mp3 players, they are not worth your time!

I don't trust these knock offs. They may seem like a good idea but there can be consequences. You don't exactly know where it was made and in what facility, the battery could explode, etc. All I can say it be careful if you do buy fake iPods, or fake anything.

@jacobh1995 Not really, it has a lithium ion battery (less explosive properties and has a charge controller). The ones that explode are lithium polymer. Even those require severe overcharging before they have the chance to explode.

@dapanda55smoot11 Nope, it has no wireless connectivity whatsoever. It is basically just a cheap mp3 player that sort of looks like the ipod touch. It doesn't compare to the touch, but does make a great mp3 player when I'm cutting the grass or working out. If it breaks, it only costs me $40 vs the over $200 I paid for my real ipod touch.

depending on what you are going to be using it for, i think that its a good mp4 player because .I myself have a iphone 3gs but e.g. if i was buying this for my dad who is crap with technology it would be pointless getting him a ipod because he would not be able to use it.

i bought it from amazon for $53 ( totally conned!) after 4 months of using it and preserving it, it stopped working :horrible calibration, files got deleted out of nowhere! This device has a mind of its own! Just get the real thing if you want to be satisfied!

@greenluver05 Yeah, you overpaid and seems like you got a defective unit for your hard earned money. I would advise you to try and get it fixed under its 1 year warranty, but I don't know how difficult it would be since the company is in China. My unit hasn't had any of those problems yet. I look at ebay sometimes and they seem to go for about $25 shipped for the same or higher capacity. I will agree that the real ipod touch is more reliable and less of a headache.

if you bought one of these at 16gb or higher like 32gb the player is hacked with 4gb that is a fact because 16gb of memory alone cost more than what they sell you the player. So stick with the 2,4,8gb they are real.

Its not as responsive as I would have liked (requires a heavy press rather than a normal one). It does however work well with a stylus.
