  • @a248r Hey! Yes, this is a great way to improve splits....I forgot to do it in the video, but if you have your splits all the way down, pulling the back leg up is great...just make sure the hips are square!

I do ahhhmazing cartwheels and roundoffs, and diverolls but i want to do backhandsprings and more because i'm in a circus and i need to do a backhandspring for andvanced tumbling.... ?
