When the main theme kicked in at about 1:15 I shivered. That isn't something I do very often, not to music at least. Oblivion has, by far, one of the best soundtracks of any video game I've played (and I've played a fair few) and this orchestra REALLY does it justice.

I would almost agree with you, but I love Yoko Shimomura and Nobuo Uematsu too much to say that Jeremy Soule is the absolute best. I do have a signed copy of the Skyrim Soundtrack, though.
