  • @superranger94 ohhhh ya

  • just use you grinder to make a slot in the cracks, heat it up cherry red, then slowy weld with a bronze iron to fill in the slot/s you made.

    WORKS EVERYTIME BROTHER :)

  • next time, just weld the cracks after preparing them.

Iron, and aluminum blocks can be welded, would of taken you 3 mins or less

  • So this is still holding up then? I'm planning to do something similar on my Dodge.

  • @hendu3270 - Yes... It is still holding up pretty good... Its not on the road or had a road trip yet... But its still going... I will replace the moter when i get the money... But for now its still running... Good luck....

  • What size engine is that?

  • @redneckbryon - It is a Dodge 318...

  • I hope this works out! Fingers crossed!

  • @mrsparex - its doing really good.. .

  • The thermostat restricts the coolant flow. Without it the coolant moves to fast through the radiator. No time to cool down. Overheat may result. Replace or drill a few small holes in old one and reinstall. Try a heat sheild between exhaust and block. Good job so far. ^5

  • @31saint31 - Thanks...
