How to install, play and manage DOS games using D-Fend Reloaded

Hi, I've recently installed D-fend reloaded and I'm trying to play Draklands (the 1995 cd-rom edition),. However, it doesn't come as an image, so I have to mount the exe as -t cdrom, how can I play cd games on D-Fend?

it's stupid that everyone uses DOSBOX without d-fend reloaded... it's way to hard to run a game lol...

@Anakin8th Once you understand DOS, it's a lot quicker to setup a game from DOSBox.

I get an error whenever I try to play AD&D Pool Of Radiance, i keep getting "Insert Disk 3" when I try to create a character.

I have the D-fend program installed but I have a problem. Whenever I try to install Blackthorne and play it dosbox starts up and almost immediately shuts down. Have any tips about that ?

@clay180 That's exactly the problem I have! I've done everything FUNDNAvideo said in the tutorial and installed the game (Rayman), but then when I press the play button it just shut down, and then when I start it again it automaticly shuts down again.. Do yuo FUNDNAvideo know why? How can I stop that?

Everything is working great other than the sound effects. I have none haha.

Well I've got the original Warcraft and Warcraft 2. The setup for both works fine except when I try and test the sound. I just used your walkthrough (very well done by the way) and Commander Keen works perfectly.

You can try it on a computer of a friend, but did you select rayman in the list while doing the installation wizard?

Just save and load it inside the game, if the game supports it. Which game are you trying to save?

i have a game and i w<nt to start it, then it wants to work but than everything closes and i´m back in the normal menu from d-fend where i can add the games, what can i do to play the game??

sorry for the late reply, but I could't get orion burger anywhere, and I thought warcraft II works without dosbox (but I'm not sure). Is it only these games that won't work, or do you have the same problem with other DOS games?
