The sequence is a veeery interesting fusion. It works out really beautifully... but can anyone name the forms he uses here? I can't really find them all. Most seem to come from Chen.

Really good form. There are no discrepancies between Yang and Chen style - ex. we can perform each movement in 24 forms of Yang complex in Chen manner. My late Teacher (Sergei Sorokin, Russia) showed me such opportunity. So this boy combines good sequences and resultative ending of them.
Looks a lot like Chen Style Taichi. He is very good. I like his form and posture.

小兄弟，套路打得中規中矩，外三合也都有了，不錯。
不過，走步時看得出平衡感還沒練出來.
還有，您學的應該只是套路，還沒拿到太極的心訣吧。
