This amazingly beautiful and so different from the same floorwork I have seen. I am going to attempt this but I doubt it is as easy as you make it. You should post more videos, you have talent and I would love to see what else you could do. Good instructions and loved the different angles. <3

This is the best video! I love the breakdown of the move. Its what everyone should do when they upload a video tutorial. The move is hard but I finally got it in about 15 min on both sides. I cant do all the leg transitions but I have the basics so I can transition in and out of different moves. Can you please post more floor moves? I mainly practice pole tricks so Im new to the floor moves.

Hello! Try to put a cushion or a big springy pullover under your shoulder. Do that to learn the balance, when it's ok practise again without the pullover... Bye!
