I just bought a Taylor DN3 but I think my takamine ean 10c beats it by far. I just wish the neck were a tiny bit larger and I would absolutly love it! Does anyone know of a comprable guitar to the ean 10c in sound? But with a wider neck?

awesome playing man! i have an ean10c as well but ive got a feeling that the action was alittle bit to high, i pray hybrid fingerstyle and i found tis hard to press several notes especially when ur using the medium gauge strings.. like u really like to press umphh harder! but urs looks like easy.. did u adjust anything??? its super cool man to see how easy u play. what strings u use too??

@mozat1188 I have the same guitar. The action is a little on the high side. I use Martin light guage strings 12-54s. I have the impression that the scale length on these taks is fairly long, so I think you are better to tune down rather than up with your open tunings. I like to detune mine for standard tunings, so I haven't worried about having the action altered, but I am not a fingerstyle guitarist.
