Mashallah nice video but i think that it is what Allah thinks of us that we should consider more because he does not see us one day or two but he sees us forever.
It's imagination if messenger of Allah was being between us now, we weren't doing sins, so why are we doing it now? We must fear Allah who sees us at each moment (as you said) and do as Allah and His messenger do recommend, it's the point and aim of that video.
If our Messenger (pbuh) came to visit me I would welcome Him with open arms. I would not change anything I do at all! If I were to present my true self to Him, He might offer great guidance into ways I could change myself for the better. If I were to present to Him my false self, I feel I would miss out on so much that would make my life better. I could write a book on this. :-)

Plus, if a Muslim hides himself he would never become better. For sure I am not perfect by any means, but by learning and changing I do become a better person.
