sonic 06 was a good game back in 2006. i mean think about it, like u would play 06 and win and say its fun. but just playing lvls and doing the same lvls over and over, it gets pretty boring

This game was in fact terrible in gameplay, but I enjoy the rest. I wouldn't mind if Sega were to either fix the gameplay with a patch or remake this thing, but this time not rushed.

@jbbeast1231 Teh game was rushed out with tones of glitches, a terrible story, and laughably long loading screens, the only redeeming factors were the music and graphics, But without solid gameplay, all games fall apart

@dragonfire144 Even then, the Hedgehog Engine kicked this game's graphic's ass. Just look at Crisis City in Sonic Generations; it looks SO much better than this, even though it's still a smoldering hellhole.

Ehh. time paradox! time paradox! in sonic gnereations silver is fought on HIS current timeline, meaning that theres no neeed to go to SONIC'S Timeline, meaning amy and shadow never interupited....AAAGH...

Be honest, Dragonfire, how many tries did it take you to run through Crisis City and make it look good? I agree with everyone else when they say that you made this game look completely competent, but that tornado part had it in for you. Gotta say, Crisis City was the ONLY stage that I remembered and liked from '06. That and running inside of some blue tsunami in another level.

@RihleeX non this was a casual run, if I had done tries and stuff then I would have done a perfect run, I love crisis city and it's one of the only stages in sonic 06 that I consistently come back to. Whaty your seeing is essentially how i play it everytime. But if you want to see a more perfect run I guess I could record one....

Erm...that game looks like it is trying to babysit you, for instance, Sonic telling himself to jump when it is clear he needs to jump...

You know you have to battle Silver at Crisis City when Generations comes out?

@StanLeeWashere Yes, but there never was a fight in Crisis City. The only times you originally fought Silver in the game were in Castle Town as Sonic and Radical Train as Shadow.

1) Dude its just my opinion and in fact many others as well. Personally I think the story is generic and forgettable apart from the fact that a human fell in love with a hedgehog..... that's just wrong, The game play is dull, boring and it confused me as to why the fastest thing alive was moving at such a slow pace, , the level design is also quite bad but is mainly broacher down by the bad game play and constant glitches,

@dragonfire144 2) , the music I found was ok but nothing special but I will admit I liked "his world" and the graphics where like the game play dull and boring they had nothing spacial to them, the textures where flat and lifeless and all the models except the characters where terrible... but like I say just my opinion.

Okay I'm gonna have to admit; you made Sonic 2006 look like FUN. How did you get the electric shield btw? I beat that game and don't remember it being in there.

I can't wait to be chased by that fire tornado though in Generations. :D
