@mw101010 Albanian language originated amongst the Ingush/Chechen people of the caucasus. The area was once called Albania-for reasons I do not know. But the Turks did bring them over to the Balkans and were called Arnaut meaning in Turkish "those that have not returned".

Illyrian has more in common with Celtic and Slavic. Albanians adopted much of their vocabulary from Slavs/Celts/Latins/Greeks

Even the words Tosk and Gheg have their roots in the tribal names of the Ingush.

Albanians existed in western balkan hundreds of year before turks arrival! they are mentioned as Arbanitai, Albanoi, Arbanon in the chronicles of Byzantine empire and the Bulgar empire since centuries 9,10,11, nearly 4 centuries before the turks invaded balkan. The theory you are protecting is absolete. There is not historical and scientific evidence of an "Albanian Invasion or horde" to the balkans, compared with slavs, avars, bulgars, huns etc.
