you either shout out 0, 5, 10, or 20. Closed fists being 0. and if your hand and your oponents hand add up to what you shouted then they lose and have to drink. have to be fast and take it in turns to shout. gets fun. so she'd say 15 and has two open hands which is 10 and the other has one open hand which is 5 which adds to 15 so she wins.
