Did'nt the cops take alot of the camera's from people at the scene? Should't they all be prosecuted for trying to conceal a crime? I was arrested twice. Both times I was very courteous and polite, even though I had done nothing wrong (literally) the second time. Instead of telling the cop that, I told my lawyer, in private, and he took care of everything. I even ended up having a little chat with the officer in the back of the cruiser...we talked about Japan, and he told me I wasn't a shithead like the usual criminals they bust. Went to court, no convictions, no criminal record.

For a personnel trained to deal with chaos and maintain peace, it is VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to fire a weapon before checking which type it is. The officer knew he is either wielding a gun or a taser, from my personal experience in the security sector, if you loose concentration, it is best for you to change place with someone who is more concentrated. Yes it looks like an accident but as a peace keeper trained purposely for situations like this, to kill somebody, it is extremely disgusting..
I don't know what some people's argument here is about; 1. A taser is used when someone is violently resisting arrest. 2. Oscar had his hands behind his back, kneeing on the ground then pushed to a concrete floor with the atleast half of the other cop's weight on only his head. 3. He only struggled because nobody can take the pain of your head holding about 40KG on a very small area on your head especially around the ears. From this, it is clear there was no need for a tase in this incident.
Intentional or not, you don't point a gun at anything you don't intend to kill. As much as I love my handgun, I know that the only thing it will ever be good at is punching holes in things.
When the cop drew that gun, he demonstrated his willingness to kill. That was no accident. Cops like that need to be put down...permanently.

how do you know it was intentional? maybe he was going for his taser and with all the people in the back screaming and taunting him it is very possible in a high stress situation that he grabbed his gun by accident. I'm not taking sides but before you call somebody a murderer stop and think about it first. My guess is this is a result of poor training. Instead of telling the cop that, I told my lawyer, in private, and he took care of everything. I even ended up having a little chat with the officer in the back of the cruiser...we talked about Japan, and he told me I wasn't a shithead like the usual criminals they bust. Went to court, no convictions, no criminal record.

I have been beaten, spit on, insulted, threaten, and have proven nerve damage all cause of bullshit even when I called to them to report something. I am at the point in my life I cheer when cops die. I figure its karma for what they have done to us. If there is ever a riot around my area then I'd be the first cracker to throw a brick threw a window.

For a personnel trained to deal with chaos and maintain peace, it is VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to fire a weapon before checking which type it is. The officer knew he is either wielding a gun or a taser, from my personal experience in the security sector, if you loose concentration, it is best for you to change place with someone who is more concentrated. Yes it looks like an accident but as a peace keeper trained purposely for situations like this, to kill somebody, it is extremely disgusting..

I don't know what some people's argument here is about; 1. A taser is used when someone is violently resisting arrest. 2. Oscar had his hands behind his back, kneeing on the ground then pushed to a concrete floor with the atleast half of the other cop's weight on only his head. 3. He only struggled because nobody can take the pain of your head holding about 40KG on a very small area on your head especially around the ears. From this, it is clear there was no need for a tase in this incident.

Intentional or not, you don't point a gun at anything you don't intend to kill. As much as I love my handgun, I know that the only thing it will ever be good at is punching holes in things.
When the cop drew that gun, he demonstrated his willingness to kill. That was no accident. Cops like that need to be put down...permanently.

He obviously wasn't scared, I mean no shots were fired up until then, the suspects weren't resisting arrest, he's been on the force for a few years, what's there to be scared of?
