  • The Longhorn Network is the equivalent of chopping your hand off, I agree with that. :P

  • @SoOnErSoN2

with no pain killers lol i forgot to say that

  • I would argue with you about seeing the outcome of texas and texas tech, but baylor nobody gives a shit. But I just pray that they put in chase mccoy instead of garret gilbert as starting qb this year. Gilbert is not a great quarterback, he's too much of a pretty boy.

  • As a longhorn fan I feel that the network will be a failure. It just seems stupid, but as we all know, The University of Texas is probably the biggest program with the most economic income, but it doesn't mean that they get their own network. Yes, it will be nice to go watch high school football on television, but I don't think that people would find it as exciting as college football. But who knows. I do look forward to it's premiere next month

  • @ReviewswithJake1

i think the Network can be very successful if its marketed the right way.

  • @johnnyreb1025 I can't argue with that

  • @ReviewswithJake1 Dude, Really? This is only the beginning of schools having there own Network TV.Other schools are just pissed cause they didn't think it would be possible.Yeah UT has an ass load of money. So does Ohio St and Bama and USC .BYU has had there own channel for awhile now.I think Notre Dame has one to.I could be wrong.I'm pissed because I'm somewhere where it's not gonna be provided.Maybe DirecTV? Anyway, It's only the beginning. Hook Em

  • @bryant5266 Now that I can't argue about. I am anxious for the network to launch this month

  • Good Video.

Even though it was probably a given from the start, Im glad that Doss, Brown and Harsin wont any input of what HS games air on the Longhorn Network. While i dont think that even if UT made promises to commitments to air their games if they come to UT, it is human nature for a HS player to feel great to have his face & name on TV for exposure. Of course, the families of those players get a huge kick out of it, too. I just wish UT hadnt committted to HS games..not good.

  • @TheOusooner56

i dont get why they did it either i dont watch High School football except for the Championship games and the occassional promotional Texas vs Florida or California high school games. but i guess its just to fill up those times when there are no major sports going on in that July to August window
