Even the girls have said that Nadine is the most "tactile" member of GA, but it's not like she was groping Nicola LOL.

That part of the stage was quite small and it was very crowded so they had to be close to each other. At 6.18 you see Nicola grabbing Nadine to steady herself and Nadine puts her hand in Nic's hip.
