The farm could be extended with a species separator - pigs and cows get to its on processing thing and will be dropped trough a lava blade or netherrack on fire (need to test that), result is cooked pork chop for free

you should add piston floor where mobs drop down. Then you should make looooong repeater which would open floors for short amount of time that all mob drops would come to your house.

Love this idea. I've got an idea for your egg collection method. instead of putting water underneath the chickens so that they end up dying, put a trap door. Items will fall through them, such as eggs, and the chickens themselves don't die.

Suggestion:

You say at the end of your vid that you can't help but pick up the eggs every time you swing by your "alter room" (I think you call it that somewhere). I also know from... I think it was your mushroom farm video that you use the same channel to deliver other things. Just a suggestion, but would it be possible to install a piston at the point where it joins the rest of your automatic farms that would block egg flow when you don't want them to come?
