I don't remember this character.I know Kenny Everett was a Thatcher and conservative party supporter(strangely)-I saw him on UK TV (in about 87)doing a comedy skit on stage next to Thatcher at a conservative party conference.. As well as being funny it probably subtly puts over his politics.That coat he's wearing sure looks warm!!I found a good comedic movie on you tube called Martin and Snakes go to the Zoo worth a look at..quite good.
