Behemoth is not Black Metal, its Black/Death -.- ...
I prefer Death Metal but also Black Metal is amazing... But you need more pure Death Metal bands in your videos man, those are more Brutal Death what is kind of different from Death... Also all those bands are like the more "populars"... Sorry man, thumbs down =/
Ambos géneros tienen crudeza, agresividad, lo que yo busco en el metal. Lamentablemente ambos géneros salieron del underground durante la última década, y hoy en día cualquier imbécil puede acceder a ésto... lastima
Black emtal for me most of the time i can relax to it and i love the atmosphere many of the bands come up with, however, as far as concerts go, Death metal all the fucking way nothing tops getting your ass kicked in a mosh pit
2) You can't use behemoth in a challenge between death and black simply because they play a crossover between the two genres .-. (they aren't pure black metal at all)
3)who the fuckkkk is the berzerker???? it sucks hard and it isn't death metal
es obvio que Chuck, comparado con Oystein, era un musico mucho mas capacitado, y prueba de ello son las estructuras de sus canciones, desde su perimer hasta su ultimo disco.
black metal is real symphonic & demonic... and the technical riffs are amazing. if it weren't for either, there would be no metal, and the world would be full of a bunch of emo fags.
Black metal is so horrible, ooohhh spooky goblins, dragons, witches and ghost, there is no rhythm or groove at all in black metal, its a sloppy play of a minor pentatonic scale that they play as fast as possible and all over the board with out any kind of harmony too the vocals and without any kind of repetitive hook to the music at all, maybe that's why death metal is the biggest type of metal in the under ground seen, they slap the paint right off the faces of black metal
@ThazuaBlackarrow please explain, oh, wait a minute I see you're from Canada, you're excused I wouldn't expect you to know anything about metal... Eh...
@fingerleeshands Lol. You're goin around saying all black metal is shit, and you're saying I don't know anything about metal. Yeah, right. Makes sense.
Black metal lacks sorrow, despair, hate and aggression, and the goals and purposes from the past seem to be forgotten, and all I can see now is ridiculous morons. Young boys only caring for the length of their hair, the quantity of CDs, LPs and MP3s they possess
@ThazuaBlackarrow Black Metal is dead, and 99 per cent of the Black Metal "scene" in its present state is nothing but a disguise for weak human worms that have to hide their own weaknesses and lack of will behind a fake mask of childish and superficial "evilness", plus a nice portion of feigned and undeserved elitism.
@fingerleeshands And Death Metal? Most new-age Death Metal bands are just shitty Cannibal Corpse wannabes (Hell. Cannibal Corpse IS shitty in the first place) or Death fag fanboys. Most Death Metal bands also try to be technical or brutal as well. Both of which are generic and overused as fuck and not good at all. And don't forget all the melodeath fags.
Most Black Metal is crap, but so is a lot of Death Metal now'a'days.
@ThazuaBlackarrow , the only transitions between black metal bands are the face paint, death metal bands are content on wearing just some blue jeans and a shirt on stage, they don't need the "oh I'm spooky looking" poser status as your typical black metal bands, they are there to play music not to do a fucking low budget horror movie
@ThazuaBlackarrow There must be allot of people that like shity music than because cannibal corpse is the biggest selling death metal band selling double the amount of the nearest black metal band, death metal wrote the book on technical and brutal music, Generic? That's like saying mortician sounds like lamb of god, there's a big transition between the two
@fingerleeshands Yeah a lot of people do like shitty music. Because Cannibal Corpse is shit. They're a band LONG passed their less-than-good prime and all they do now is serve as a shitty entry-level Death Metal band for entry-level Death Metal fans who have yet to acquire a taste for good Death Metal. Anyone who listens to DM knows CC is shitty.
And I'm not saying all are. I'm saying most are. Most are just NecroFAGist fanboys wanting to be like their favourite shitty band.
@fingerleeshands And don't talk about gimmicks. Death Metal's gimmick has been shitty gorey lyrics since Cannibal Crap came about. Now it's all just unintelligent dribble about ripping bodies and fucking rotting corpses.
And brutal death metal, as a whole, is shitty as fuck. It is not good at all as a genre.
@ThazuaBlackarrow I can see you obviously know zero about music, your intellect is so one minded, you take a standing from one band "cannibal corpse" you use it to bash a whole union of music, but again your excused because we all know Canadians can't do anything right, especially music, you don't even have a genre of music to claim your own , maybe that's why nothing good comes from your country, so go listen to a 3 Inches of Blood album
And lol ya okay. At least Canada didn't spawn PanterA.
And I take a stand on one band because MOST Death Metal bands are just Cannibal Corpse rip offs. Wannabes. Poseurs.
And you're proving YOU don't know anything about music if you actually believe that no good Metal comes from Canada. And proving you know nothing about anything if you claim nothing at all good comes from here.
@ThazuaBlackarrow pantera shaved a way to what metal was in the 80's they were an epic metal band, and know one sounds like cannibal corpse you moron, they aint even the pioneers of death metal, that would be death, deicide, morbid angel and obituary, you really are to stupid for your own good, and yes everyone knows nothing good comes from Canada, Canadians produced music, starting with American style rock 'n' roll and spawned shitty bands later down the line like 3 inches of blood and kittie
@fingerleeshands PanterA did nothing but ruin Metal. They were a shitty band. They spawned groove metal which spawned a TON of shitty bands. They were nothing special at all. They fucking sucked. And Deicide had one or two good albums. And I know CC didn't. But A LOT of bands just copy CC. And they suck. Etc You, ONCE AGAIN, prove you don't know anything. 3IoB and Kittie are shit tut the US has produced twice as much shitty bands as Canada AND there are a lot more bands than those two in Canada.
@fingerleeshands And during the 80's PanterA was just a faggot Glam Metal band. When they realized it was dying they changed their sound to jump on the next band wagon and gain success. PanterA is a terrible band.
@ThazuaBlackarrow LOL they are a branch from groove metal, just another limb from the tree of metal if you will, pantera changed to way music sounded in the 80's, and yes once again Canada didn't achieve anykind of success in the music business, and for pantera being shitty its funny how they achieved more than any of your country mans bands
@ThazuaBlackarrow Are you stupid, America created rock, metal, grunge, death metal, ext ext, America has quadruple the number of metal bands than anyone else on the planet and you say groove metal is shitty? I guess you would say devil driver, disturbed, coal chamber, mudvayne, static x, system of a down, godsmack all of them were shitty,
@fingerleeshands The UK created Metal you idiot. And they did it a lot better than anywhere else. On top of that, quantity means nothing. A LOT of those bands from the US suck. It's all about quality. And the UK has quality.
Grunge sucks. PanterA is a shitty band for poseurs. They ruined Metal.
Canada has many successful bands, a better ratio than the US has.
@ThazuaBlackarrow American blues-rock and psychedelic was the creater of heavy metal, Iron Butterfly was awarded the pioneers of 'heavy metal' and guess what? Iron Butterfly is American, god I should get paid for schooling you, and you saying Canada and the UK makes better music than the u.s LOL, I almost died laughing
@fingerleeshands Without Black Sabbath and NWOBHM, that's New Wave of BRITISH Heavy Metal, there would be nothing. Venom was the first Thrash Metal band. Venom, from the UK.
And Voivod, Exciter, Gorguts, and Razor are some of the best bands, all from Canada. Exciter was one of the most extreme thrash/speed metal in.. 1983.
Long before people even though of being harsh. Before Slayer, Exodus, etc. etc.
What American Metal bands would you like to show me that are so much better?
@ThazuaBlackarrow you are retarded you said it right "BRITISH heavy metal, ironbutterfly was around before black faggot, and if it wasnt for americans you wouldnt evan have a electric guitar or samples or digital effects, jesus, hendrix was the beging of the "new" sound, metallica, megadeth, slayer and Anthrax was around in 1981 also known as the big 4 for a reason cant leave out testament, Venom were a black/speed metal band. They are the roots of black metal
@fingerleeshands Black Faggot? LOL I take it you don't like Black Sabbath then? That just adds to my argument that you don't know anything. The Big 4 are the Big 4 because they were the most well known. Not because they were first, not because they were the best. In fact, they were no where near the best compared to a majority of Thrash bands. But again. Thrash wouldn't exist if it wasn't for NWOBHM. Venom was Thrash/black. Thrash in its roots. Thrash in its sound.
@fingerleeshands And lol. Now you're just trying to dig for more bullshit. Who created the guitar or didn't doesn't matter. This is Heavy Metal we're talking about. Which started with Sabbath.
@ThazuaBlackarrow iron butterfly was credited for creating metal, the colds obviously has gotten to you, American blues-rock and psychedelic was the creater of heavy metal, that's why Hendrix was credited for changing the guitar into that direction
@ThazuaBlackarrow lol i proved you wrong on everything you said, and death metal started in the u.s in the 80's you moron, European Death Metal? what is that, lol go play some hockey canuck
@fingerleeshands No you didn't. I don't care if it started in the US, European Death Metal, as in Death Metal bands from European countries, is some of the best death metal around. Better than American Death Metal.
@ThazuaBlackarrow Suffocation, six feet under, Nile, death, cannibal corpse, morbid angel, obituary, deicide are the biggest selling bands in the business, and guess what, all are American, I guess that many people can't be wrong, ignorant ass, morbid angels Covenant is the best selling death metal album and Trey Azagthoth was named the best guitarist in death metal, and cannibal corpse is the biggest selling death metal band of all time
@fingerleeshands Suffocation is good. So is Nile. Morbid Angel was good. Deicide only had two good albums. Glen is a retard. Biggest selling =/= best. Everyone knows that unless you're into pop music. Cannibal Corpse is SHIT. Entry-level Death Metal for entry-level Death Metal fans. Yes, that many people can be wrong. That's why Metallica is one of the most popular bands in the world despite sucking, that's why CC is popular depsite sucking. Etc.
@ThazuaBlackarrow wow you really must live in a igloo with a record player, and justice for all was the biggest thrash metal album of all time, what's wrong with you besides being diagnosed with retardation?
@fingerleeshands Yeah, a record player. Because I collect tons of records from tons of bands and listen to good music. From everywhere, all over outside the US. Because there are tons of Metal bands outside the US that destroy most of the shit you just listed.
AJFA was okay. KEA and RtL were Metallica's best works. MoP and AJFA are overrated as fuck. Metallica is overrated as fuck.
And Death Metal started in the united states in the 80's particurley in Florida, The roots of death metal Are built off the speed and complexity of Early thrash metal, Death Metal, the name originates from The Original pioneer of the genre, Death. Death Metal Also originated from other recordings. Possessed's 1984 demo is called Death Metal, and a song with the same name is featured on The 1985 debut album Seven Churches. A demo released by Death in 1984 is called Death by Metal.
@ThazuaBlackarrow LOL The only thing that comes from canada is........ well........Hmmmm.....Nothing, LOL it's just like a canadian to steal from his neihber, LOL Thrash metal Started in The Early 1980s In The United States The "Big Four" bands of thrash metal are Anthrax, Megadeth, Metallica and Slayer, who simultaneously created and popularized the genre in the early 1980s Overkill And exodus are credited with creating and starting the wave of thrash metal,
@ThazuaBlackarrow Canadian Thrash - Anonymus, Anvil, Bison, Cauldron, Dead Brain Cells, Eudoxis And Exciter, LOL What Garbage, Canada is so far behind in music it is ridiculous, just ask 3 inches of blood, That Horrible Shit came out in 2000, just face it Americans rule the music industry, Groove metal, Alternative metal, Grunge, Alternative Rock, Nu metal, Hardcore punk, Technical death metal, Rap metal, Hard rock Are All Tribute to Americans
@ThazuaBlackarrow in black metal looking like a homosexual male stripper is priority number one. Black Metal = a gimmick that consists of losers who dress up like goths. The band must use the following: very shitty recording and mixing, absolutely no form of bass, a very distorted incorehent trebled guitar, shitty drum beat, and a vocalist who sounds like he's a vulture or vomiting
@fingerleeshands Hey. Exciter! Congrats. You found the one band from Canada that was playing speed/thrash before Metallica! Forming before them, releasing their first album before them! Good job, fuck Metallica sucks anyway.
If you really want to get into it, Venom was the first Thrash band.
Why would anyone want to claim Groove Metal? Or Alternative Metal/Rock? Or Nu Metal, or Rap Metal? They all fucking suck. And Grunge does for the most part too.
@ThazuaBlackarrow You idiot Overkill And exodus are credited with creating and starting the wave of thrash metal, Venom is a black metal band from Newcastle upon Tyne, England. Venom's recording debut wasn't until 1981 but Venom is considered to be (one of) the first Black Metal bands. And Exciter they released their debut album in 1983, Kill 'Em All Was released in 1983 Kirk hammett
Before joining Metallica he formed and named the band Exodus
@fingerleeshands Venom is, at the very least, a Black/Thrash band. Giving them credit for both. They aren't PURE Black Metal and have Thrash all over them. They are Thrash. And Exciter still released their album before Metallica. AND Exciter is the better band.
You're also forgetting other Canadian classics like Slaughter, Voivod, and Razor.
Voivod, of course, being one of the most influential bands who put out four thrash masterpieces. They influenced, at some point, pretty much everyone.
@ThazuaBlackarrow Voivod, LOL They Didn't release shit until 1984 They Influenced no one, Rat Skates came out in 1961 Overkill was formed in 1979-1980 from the ashes of Rat Skates and D.D. Verni. Venom didn't even start making music until 1981 There Trash/Black metal sound didn't even Come About until the release of Black Metal in 1982, Slayer Was tearing Heads off in 1981, There were so many American thrash metal bands back then I would freeze this youtube video trying to name them all
@fingerleeshands You are incredibly retartded. But I supposed if you think Groove Metal, Nu-Metal, Rap Metal and other such bullshit that just ruined Metal is worth mentioning as credibly creations of the US, I suppose I should expect no less.
Next you'll be saying Pantera is good and Groove Metal is great and fatass wannabe tough guys playing shitty, simplistic, and talentless music made popular by Panterrible is the best thing to happen to Metal yadda-yadda-yadda, fuck Dimebag.
Machine Head, Lamb of God, They Suck? LOL You and your country are a joke, Even The best guitarist come from America, Michael angelo batio, paul gilbert, steve vai, joe satriani, Andy McKee, John petrucci, Marty Friedman, Chris Impellitteri Shawn lane, Joe stump, Rusty Cooley, Buckethead
@fingerleeshands Machine Head sucks. Vio-Lence was better. Lamb of God is the most generic, repetative and boring mallcore shit out there.
Andy Sneaps? Dave Halliday? Both from the UK, brilliant guitar players. Fast Eddie Clarke, Mantas. Tony Iommi. And the best.
Disturbed? Are yu joking? The suck. Slipknot is shitty angsty teenage bullshit. Dope, Drowning Pool, fuck them. Coal Chambers is incredibly shitty, as is Devil Driver.
Panterrible is terrible. Their first four albums were best.
@ThazuaBlackarrow Every Guitar player I just mentioned would shred circles around any of the Half ass guitarist, you must not like metal music period, what do you like, Celine Dion your Canadian idol, LMFAO
@ThazuaBlackarrow Rock, Metal, Death Metal, Trash metal, Groove metal, Alternative metal, Grunge, Alternative Rock, Nu metal, Hardcore punk, Technical death metal, Rap metal, Hard rock, Industrial rock, Glam metal, Hair Metal, Pop rock, Punk rock All are American and you said you don't like none of them, so in most peoples eyes you don't like metal period
@fingerleeshands Punk started in the UK, as did Metal. As did speed (Judas Priest, Motorhead) and Thrash Metal (Venom), then came Exciter in Canada with speed/thrash.
Groove Metal is shit. "Alternative metal" isn't a genre. Grunge isn't that good. Alt. Rock isn't that good. Nu Metal is pure shit as well, everyone knows that. Rap Metal? Rap is good, but it should NOT be mixed with Metal because then it just sucks. Glam Metal was a whole lot of gay, except for early Pantera and W.A.S.P, etc.etc
@ThazuaBlackarrow Punk rock scene can be traced back to such sources as late 1960s trash culture and an early 1970s underground rock movement centered on the Mercer Arts Center in Greenwich Village United States, Bands like The Ramones, The Kingsmen, The Stooges, MC5, New York Dolls Are The First Wave of Punk rock
@fingerleeshands heavy metal's quintessential guitar style, built around distortion-heavy riffs and power chords, traces its roots to the late 1950s instrumentals of American Link wray the genre's direct lineage begins in the mid-1960s.with American blues music
"Purple Haze", is identified by most as the first heavy metal hit, Iron Butterfly,It is widely believed that the term 'heavy metal' was coined to describe the less than delicate sound of Iron Butterfly. Iron butterfly is credited as the first heavy metal band , Vanilla Fudge, Blue Cheer, kiss, Alice Cooper were among the list of some of the first heavy metal bands
@ThazuaBlackarrow Thrash metal Started in The Early 1980s In The United States The "Big Four" bands of thrash metal are Anthrax, Megadeth, Metallica and Slayer, who simultaneously created and popularized the genre in the early 1980s Overkill And exodus are credited with creating and starting the wave of thrash metal
@fingerleeshands Now you're just repeating yourself. The Big 4 did not create it. They just popularized it. They aren't even that good in the first place.
Venom is still thrashier and came before them. Exciter came before them too. I will continue to say this whenever you bring up the Big 4 of overrated shit.
And now you're just being stupid. Black Sabbath is the first Metal band, end of story. They are Doom Metal. Doom Metal is Metal in its most basic form, because Black Sabbath started it.
Overkill And exodus are credited with creating and starting the wave of thrash metal" than next look up, "Link wray" Than Look Up " "Purple Haze", is identified as the first heavy metal hit, Iron butterfly is credited as the first heavy metal band" jesus retard i have to repeat shit with you because the cold has fucked with the 3% of your brain that you was born with
@ThazuaBlackarrow jesus i can tell schooling his highly underrated in your country, you have the internet look it all up starting with "Rat Skates came out in 1961 Overkill was formed in 1979-1980 from the ashes of Rat Skates and D.D. Verni
@fingerleeshands Rat Skates is a person who was born in 1961. Overkill formed in 1979-80 but they weren't playing Thrash at that time, they were just a cover band. It wasn't until '83 that they released their first demo and '84 an EP, then '85 an actual album.
Venom is still the first Thrash band. Exciter still came before the Big 4. Stop being an overly patriotic moron. Black Sabbath is the first Metal band. Not Iron Butterfly. Don't get so upset it's not from the United Shitholes of Amerikkka
@ThazuaBlackarrow Link wray, pioneered The overdriven, distorted electric guitar sound, and also for having, "invented the power chord, the major modus operandi of modern rock guitarist, "and in doing so fathering," or making possible, "punk and heavy rock And Heavy Metal Music".
Overkill And exodus As The First thrash metal bands, and yes Must i keep repeating Black sabboth is not the creator of heavy metal, Purple Haze", is the first heavy metal hit, Iron butterfly is credited as the first heavy metal band, The band formed in 1966 in San Diego and in early 1968 released their debut album Heavy
@ThazuaBlackarrow Jesus are you really that mental? Venom Is Thrash, LOL Leather Charm, Slayer, Overkill And exodus Are The First, even the R.I.A.A., the governing body that certifies Music Credited Leather Charm,
@dilrodmeta Where did I say otherwise? Black and Death are good. And of course I am because Cannibal Corpse sucks NOW. They had a few good releases with Chris Barnes, yes, but that's in the past. The Cannibal Corpse now is a shitty gateway band. Has be since Barnes left.

Igual..MUY BUENA TU RECOPILACION..!!
AnimeZerocool 1 year ago
1) I don't see any serious death metal
2) You can't use behemoth in a challenge between death and black simply because they play a crossover between the two genres .-. (they aren't pure black metal at all)
3)who the fuckkkk is the berzerker???? it sucks hard and it isn't death metal
btw good death metal will allways win

Black metal is so horrible, ooohhh spooky goblins, dragons, witches and ghost, there is no rhythm or groove at all in black metal, its a sloppy play of a minor pentatonic scale that they play as fast as possible and all over the board with out any kind of harmony too the vocals and without any kind of repetitive hook to the music at all, maybe that's why death metal is the biggest type of metal in the under ground seen, they slap the paint right off the faces of black metal

Black metal lacks sorrow, despair, hate and aggression, and the goals and purposes from the past seem to be forgotten, and all I can see now is ridiculous morons. Young boys only caring for the length of their hair, the quantity of CDs, LPs and MP3s they possess
fingerleeshands 1 year ago
@ThazuaBlackarrow Black Metal is dead, and 99 per cent of the Black Metal "scene" in its present state is nothing but a disguise for weak human worms that have to hide their own weaknesses and lack of will behind a fake mask of childish and superficial "evilness", plus a nice portion of feigned and undeserved elitism.
fingerleeshands 1 year ago
@fingerleeshands And Death Metal? Most new-age Death Metal bands are just shitty Cannibal Corpse wannabes (Hell. Cannibal Corpse IS shitty in the first place) or Death fag fanboys. Most Death Metal bands also try to be technical or brutal as well. Both of which are generic and overused as fuck and not good at all. And don't forget all the melodeath fags.
Most Black Metal is crap, but so is a lot of Death Metal now'a'days.
ThazuaBlackarrow 1 year ago
@ThazuaBlackarrow , the only transitions between black metal bands are the face paint, death metal bands are content on wearing just some blue jeans and a shirt on stage, they don't need the "oh I'm spooky looking" poser status as your typical black metal bands, they are there to play music not to do a fucking low budget horror movie
fingerleeshands 1 year ago
@ThazuaBlackarrow There must be allot of people that like shity music than because cannibal corpse is the biggest selling death metal band selling double the amount of the nearest black metal band, death metal wrote the book on technical and brutal music, Generic? That's like saying mortician sounds like lamb of god, there's a big transition between the two
fingerleeshands 1 year ago
@fingerleeshands Yeah a lot of people do like shitty music. Because Cannibal Corpse is shit. They're a band LONG passed their less-than-good prime and all they do now is serve as a shitty entry-level Death Metal band for entry-level Death Metal fans who have yet to acquire a taste for good Death Metal. Anyone who listens to DM knows CC is shitty.
And I'm not saying all are. I'm saying most are. Most are just NecroFAGist fanboys wanting to be like their favourite shitty band.
ThazuaBlackarrow 1 year ago
@fingerleeshands And don't talk about gimmicks. Death Metal's gimmick has been shitty gorey lyrics since Cannibal Crap came about. Now it's all just unintelligent dribble about ripping bodies and fucking rotting corpses.
And brutal death metal, as a whole, is shitty as fuck. It is not good at all as a genre.
ThazuaBlackarrow 1 year ago
@ThazuaBlackarrow I can see you obviously know zero about music, your intellect is so one minded, you take a standing from one band "cannibal corpse" you use it to bash a whole union of music, but again your excused because we all know Canadians can't do anything right, especially music, you don't even have a genre of music to claim your own , maybe that's why nothing good comes from your country, so go listen to a 3 Inches of Blood album
fingerleeshands 1 year ago
@fingerleeshands 3 Inches of Blood is shit.
ThazuaBlackarrow 1 year ago
@ThazuaBlackarrow pantera shaved a way to what metal was in the 80's they were an epic metal band, and know one sounds like cannibal corpse you moron, they aint even the pioneers of death metal, that would be death, deicide, morbid angel and obituary, you really are to stupid for your own good, and yes everyone knows nothing good comes from Canada, Canadians produced music, starting with American style rock 'n' roll and spawned shitty bands later down the line like 3 inches of blood and kittie
fingerleeshands 1 year ago
@fingerleeshands PanterA did nothing but ruin Metal. They were a shitty band. They spawned groove metal which spawned a TON of shitty bands. They were nothing special at all. They fucking sucked. And Deicide had one or two good albums. And I know CC didn't. But A LOT of bands just copy CC. And they suck. Etc You, ONCE AGAIN, prove you don't know anything. 3IoB and Kittie are shit tut the US has produced twice as much shitty bands as Canada AND there are a lot more bands than those two in Canada.
ThazuaBlackarrow 1 year ago
@fingerleeshands And during the 80's PanterA was just a faggot Glam Metal band. When they realized it was dying they changed their sound to jump on the next band wagon and gain success. PanterA is a terrible band.
ThazuaBlackarrow 1 year ago
@ThazuaBlackarrow LOL they are a branch from groove metal, just another limb from the tree of metal if you will, pantera changed to way music sounded in the 80's, and yes once again Canada didn't achieve anykind of success in the music business, and for pantera being shitty its funny how they achieved more than any of your country mans bands
fingerleeshands 1 year ago
@ThazuaBlackarrow Are you stupid, America created rock, metal, grunge, death metal, ext ext, America has quadruple the number of metal bands than anyone else on the planet and you say groove metal is shitty? I guess you would say devil driver, disturbed, coal chamber, mudvayne, static x, system of a down, godsmack all of them were shitty,
fingerleeshands 1 year ago
@fingerleeshands The UK created Metal you idiot. And they did it a lot better than anywhere else. On top of that, quantity means nothing. A LOT of those bands from the US suck. It's all about quality. And the UK has quality.
Grunge sucks. PanterA is a shitty band for poseurs. They ruined Metal.
Canada has many successful bands, a better ratio than the US has.
ThazuaBlackarrow 1 year ago
@ThazuaBlackarrow American blues-rock and psychedelic was the creater of heavy metal, Iron Butterfly was awarded the pioneers of 'heavy metal' and guess what? Iron Butterfly is American, god I should get paid for schooling you, and you saying Canada and the UK makes better music than the u.s LOL, I almost died laughing
fingerleeshands 1 year ago
@fingerleeshands Without Black Sabbath and NWOBHM, that's New Wave of BRITISH Heavy Metal, there would be nothing. Venom was the first Thrash Metal band. Venom, from the UK.
And Voivod, Exciter, Gorguts, and Razor are some of the best bands, all from Canada. Exciter was one of the most extreme thrash/speed metal in.. 1983.
Long before people even though of being harsh. Before Slayer, Exodus, etc. etc.
What American Metal bands would you like to show me that are so much better?
ThazuaBlackarrow 1 year ago
@ThazuaBlackarrow you are retarded you said it right "BRITISH heavy metal, ironbutterfly was around before black faggot, and if it wasnt for americans you wouldnt evan have a electric guitar or samples or digital effects, jesus, hendrix was the beging of the "new" sound, metallica, megadeth, slayer and Anthrax was around in 1981 also known as the big 4 for a reason cant leave out testament, Venom were a black/speed metal band. They are the roots of black metal
fingerleeshands 1 year ago
@fingerleeshands Black Faggot? LOL I take it you don't like Black Sabbath then? That just adds to my argument that you don't know anything. The Big 4 are the Big 4 because they were the most well known. Not because they were first, not because they were the best. In fact, they were no where near the best compared to a majority of Thrash bands. But again. Thrash wouldn't exist if it wasn't for NWOBHM. Venom was Thrash/black. Thrash in its roots. Thrash in its sound.
ThazuaBlackarrow 1 year ago
@fingerleeshands And lol. Now you're just trying to dig for more bullshit. Who created the guitar or didn't doesn't matter. This is Heavy Metal we're talking about. Which started with Sabbath.

@fingerleeshands No you didn't. I don't care if it started in the US, European Death Metal, as in Death Metal bands from European countries, is some of the best death metal around. Better than American Death Metal.
ThazuaBlackarrow 1 year ago
@ThazuaBlackarrow Suffocation, six feet under, Nile, death, cannibal corpse, morbid angel, obituary, deicide are the biggest selling bands in the business, and guess what, all are American, I guess that many people can't be wrong, ignorant ass, morbid angels Covenant is the best selling death metal album and Trey Azagthoth was named the best guitarist in death metal, and cannibal corpse is the biggest selling death metal band of all time
fingerleeshands 1 year ago
@fingerleeshands Suffocation is good. So is Nile. Morbid Angel was good. Deicide only had two good albums. Glen is a retard. Biggest selling =/= best. Everyone knows that unless you're into pop music. Cannibal Corpse is SHIT. Entry-level Death Metal for entry-level Death Metal fans. Yes, that many people can be wrong. That's why Metallica is one of the most popular bands in the world despite sucking, that's why CC is popular depsite sucking. Etc.
ThazuaBlackarrow 1 year ago
@ThazuaBlackarrow wow you really must live in a igloo with a record player, and justice for all was the biggest thrash metal album of all time, what's wrong with you besides being diagnosed with retardation?
fingerleeshands 1 year ago
@fingerleeshands Yeah, a record player. Because I collect tons of records from tons of bands and listen to good music. From everywhere, all over outside the US. Because there are tons of Metal bands outside the US that destroy most of the shit you just listed.
AJFA was okay. KEA and RtL were Metallica's best works. MoP and AJFA are overrated as fuck. Metallica is overrated as fuck.

Right.
And lets not forget the War and Black/death metal that Canada is worshipped for.
AJFA sucks. It's the weakest of the "good" 4 albums Metallica put out. Everyone knows that.
ThazuaBlackarrow 1 year ago
And Death Metal started in the united states in the 80's particurley in Florida, The roots of death metal Are built off the speed and complexity of Early thrash metal, Death Metal, the name originates from The Original pioneer of the genre, Death. Death Metal Also originated from other recordings. Possessed's 1984 demo is called Death Metal, and a song with the same name is featured on The 1985 debut album Seven Churches. A demo released by Death in 1984 is called Death by Metal.

@ThazuaBlackarrow in black metal looking like a homosexual male stripper is priority number one. Black Metal = a gimmick that consists of losers who dress up like goths. The band must use the following: very shitty recording and mixing, absolutely no form of bass, a very distorted incorehent trebled guitar, shitty drum beat, and a vocalist who sounds like he's a vulture or vomiting
fingerleeshands 1 year ago
@fingerleeshands Hey. Exciter! Congrats. You found the one band from Canada that was playing speed/thrash before Metallica! Forming before them, releasing their first album before them! Good job, fuck Metallica sucks anyway.
If you really want to get into it, Venom was the first Thrash band.
Why would anyone want to claim Groove Metal? Or Alternative Metal/Rock? Or Nu Metal, or Rap Metal? They all fucking suck. And Grunge does for the most part too.
+ You obviously haven't listened to BM.
ThazuaBlackarrow 1 year ago
@ThazuaBlackarrow You idiot Overkill And exodus are credited with creating and starting the wave of thrash metal, Venom is a black metal band from Newcastle upon Tyne, England. Venom's recording debut wasn't until 1981 but Venom is considered to be (one of) the first Black Metal bands. And Exciter they released their debut album in 1983, Kill 'Em All Was released in 1983 Kirk hammett
Before joining Metallica he formed and named the band Exodus
fingerleeshands 1 year ago
@fingerleeshands Venom is, at the very least, a Black/Thrash band. Giving them credit for both. They aren't PURE Black Metal and have Thrash all over them. They are Thrash. And Exciter still released their album before Metallica. AND Exciter is the better band.
You're also forgetting other Canadian classics like Slaughter, Voivod, and Razor.
Voivod, of course, being one of the most influential bands who put out four thrash masterpieces. They influenced, at some point, pretty much everyone.
ThazuaBlackarrow 1 year ago
@ThazuaBlackarrow Voivod, LOL They Didn't release shit until 1984 They Influenced no one, Rat Skates came out in 1961 Overkill was formed in 1979-1980 from the ashes of Rat Skates and D.D. Verni. Venom didn't even start making music until 1981 There Trash/Black metal sound didn't even Come About until the release of Black Metal in 1982, Slayer Was tearing Heads off in 1981, There were so many American thrash metal bands back then I would freeze this youtube video trying to name them all

Andy Sneaps? Dave Halliday? Both from the UK, brilliant guitar players. Fast Eddie Clarke, Mantas. Tony Iommi. And the best.
Disturbed? Are yu joking? The suck. Slipknot is shitty angsty teenage bullshit. Dope, Drowning Pool, fuck them. Coal Chambers is incredibly shitty, as is Devil Driver.

fingerleeshands 1 year ago
ThazuaBlackarrow 1 year ago
@ThazuaBlackarrow Punk rock scene can be traced back to such sources as late 1960s trash culture and an early 1970s underground rock movement centered on the Mercer Arts Center in Greenwich Village United States, Bands like The Ramones, The Kingsmen, The Stooges, MC5, New York Dolls Are The First Wave of Punk rock
