What a great skate. You could see towards the end that he was virtually dead on his feet with fatigue but what courage. Triple Salchow-Triple Toe-Triple Loop combination. Superb. Think the commentator needs to know the difference between double & triple here. Either that or my Italian is worse than I thought. Go Kevin - you're a star. One of the few male skaters today with character.

after watching his short and long programme I cannot understand why Joubert has been awarded more points than him... well, I'm no expert, probably I haven't seen the real comparative value of the four excercises.
In any case he did very well for me (and even though he's not as sexy as Ponsero or as classically handsome as Contesti and Joubert he's a handsome young man all the same)
