@Mattyizkool use a highlighter type annotation and make it black with no text, almost invisible, especially if you make it fill the whole video frame

Your video looks great! Where did you find the "invisible" option for annotations? We added an annotation and got the clear "box" annotation ... plus a bunch of ugly black "pop-ups" that won't go away. Would appreciate any help/advice. =)

There are 4 types of annotations: speech bubbles, notes, highlights, and pause buttons. Highlights is the "invisible" option. Hope that works for you!
