I moved out of that building last month without incident. The manager found another tenant to take my place, so I wasn't liable for any unpaid rent. Thanks for responding to my inquiry.
How do you break a lease if the apartment you've rented is so noisy, it's runining your life? Despite multiple complaints to the apt. manager and tenants, the noise levels (stereo, radio, etc.) from other tenants where I live is ongoing at all hours.
@actfray take it to court they will stop it or if your lucky the judge will release you if you have a good excuse like you cant get sleep for work or so on but your chances are better with police complaints the judge will look at that in your favor to move but rember to tell him you want out if not he will think you are only concerned about noise stopage and you will have to remain there
how can u get out of a lease if u have two months before your move in date?
