@tjinga2u1 The brain can go without oxygen for only 4 minutes. I dunno where you got 22 minutes... That is why when the heart stops, doctors don't pronounce somebody as "Clinically Dead" until 4 minutes has passed. Because within those 4 minutes, it is still possible to revive somebody. But after 4 minutes of no oxygen to the brain, they are done.

his left elbow is out to far and has his left hand on the back of the neck instead of on the back of his head which causes the choke to rely on his strength in his right arm other than equal leverage of both arms. the flaw that he displays can be escape a few ways. one is to dip your left shoulder opening a hole, then you shove your left arm all the way through the whole and shazam! your out.

Your blood carries the oxygen to your brain and the rear naked is meant to cut off this blood flow. A sleeper I think on the other hand compresses the trachea and takes longer to choke someone out.
