Thanks for the video. Good to see Lacus again. Gundam Seed and Gundam Seed Destiny were a favorite and the sound tracks were great. The Pink Princess is still one of my favs.

Kira and Lacus are the most one dimensional characters in the entire show.  Their exploits are unrealistic and the rational as to why they're opposing the chairman is almost nonexistence. For freedom? What good is freedom when it means the impending extinction of the human race.

How are they 1 dimensional.. Kira maybe, but watch Lacus more carefully. She comes across all cutsy but she manipulates everyone, especially later in GSD. I can ALMOST see them turning her into a villian.

I don't think either of them are one dimensional. I think their rational for not liking Durandel is perfectly realistic(Seeing as I didn't like him from the first episode with his shifty eyes)Lacus was almost assassinated by coordinators and no one in the current military hated her, they'd come after her directly and he was the only fairly NEW person in charge. I think their wonderful characters. But I also liked and understood Flay and her actions...

I do see that Lacus is manipulateing some people, but she doesn't seem evil to me or to have evil intentions. at least, she doesn't seem to be thinking about herself.
