This was back in the 1980s before they started putting Mexicans in all their commercials. haha! Back then only White people went to Taco Bell. Now, everyone goes, even Blacks, and they hardly ever eat out at restaurants.

I liked the "Hello Taco Bell" slogan which must have been directed at convincing new customers to give Taco Bell a try in the 1980s. We take for granted how mainstream Tex-Mex food is today, but in the 1980s, it was new in some parts of the country.
