What am I looking at, and what does this have to do with Qt?
Looks like an animation from an old game. No widgets or windows imitation of the cancer that started with Xerox Alto visible.

@Evi1M4chine Qt is rendering onto colored text characters on the console.
It's mostly a proof of concept sort of deal, though theoretically it's possible it could be used on platforms with no framebuffer or graphical server.
