its funny that your "debunking" ONE element of the movie, just one for over an hour. What is really funny is how touched people feel when they touch their god. Come on guys, its a story made up thousands of years ago, how can you be this naive. Just think if you were born in India or Iran you would believe in a whole different story. Lets start opening our minds.

Don't leave the church, just stop giving them money and they'll ask you to leave....everntually. The church takes money from you. Money is what you work for. The church therefore has you as a slave...whether Peter Joseph (whatever his last name is) is correct or not isn't really the issue. The issue is whether the church exploits people.

Answer: ask to see the accounts of your church ask for the congregation to have a viewing of them for a whole day every quarter, or year even.

You know, I agree with the entire video (series), but the last statement isn't relevant to Zeitgeist the movie.. They sketch a situation in which all religion is false and there is and was no truth in religion.

I would like to hear your solution to the problems of the world please. I'll be the judge (through science) as too which is more thought out and precise. No solutions? Please sir, debunking does nothing. Providing tangible solutions is the only way for evolution. The Venus Project does just that. I didn't nor do I care now about whether Religion exists, 9/11 was staged, or if a source is a reliable. Solutions are all that matter. Stop wasting your time.

1. HOW can anyone base his beliefs on a product (scripture) of a time during which people had very low reasoning and understanding ability of the things around them (read earth is flat land floating in water and hanging stars from an inverted bowl of sky)? Haven't we come a long way from 1st century by figuring out the relation of various things and their interactions in nature and space? If we chose to not star-gaze, we would still be believing earth is flat among many other things.

2.When people were lacking rational explanation to understand the things they see, doesn't it make sense that, they believed in fabricated explanations (stories about Gods) manifested through their imagination merely based on their experiences/observations? Obviously, such stories would answer their questions about life and everything thus related but none of them were unpredictable revelations even to the people of their own time. They consisted of easy ways out for all the questions. MIRACLES.

3. Such stories (about miracles of Gods) merely serve to satisfy people's thirst for answers to many questions (some of which we yet have to know) until someone who looks at things in a different perspective (Copernicus, Galileo, Newton, etc) using contemporary technology and unbiased interpretation of observations, with more profound reasoning, for the rest of the world to see and understand. Let's gain knowledge through EXPERIMENTATION and OBSERVATION but not through irrelevant SCRIPTURES.

Well I wouldn't say the whole film is debunked. But I believe enough "truth" was provided to therefore give the idea that truth is found throughout. If some of it is true then a person would consider the whole thing to be truth. Despite whatever knowledge a person already has.

Just finished the series - a good commentary. However, I am a little sad to see that because of the religious section controversy the entire film is written off as DEBUNKED. I enjoyed the second film much more because it focuses on our very backwards economic system, and I think that is a far more important topic to tackle than bickering over religious mythology.

Just listened all the way to the end - interesting thoughts! But at the same time, certainly our economic system needs a restructuring that recognizes usury as sinful and destructive. Is the 'plan' he speaks of to try and throw the baby out with the bathwater by throwing out religion ALONG WITH our economic system?

The problem being that in place of the old system (which I agree is corrupt) they present a super socialist society in it's place as a solution.

This is exactly what they have done all along. Problem > Reaction > Solution.

What people don't realise is that the solution to the NWO will be the real NWO through the promise of false peace under the world teacher (antichrist) this is why christianity is taking such a kicking.

I wouldn't call what Zeitgeist presents as socialism. Although similar, as in value is distributed, I like the idea of a resource based economy... that way, value of resources can be preserved, planned for and even improved. I think a combination of systems would work best, but a certain standard of living should be guaranteed instead of some free for all cage match. We have the technology to do so.

I agree that whatever gets shoved through will be exactly what they've wanted all along, tho.

again, Mr White fails to refute Archrya S with his silly straw hat agruments. Like I said in his first video, I would like to see or watch a debate between Mr. White and Archarya S. You can call her every christian name in the book, but when the "rubber meets the road" Acharya would clean up Mr. White. See my comments on his 8th video. WutWolf doesn't know what he or she is talking about! Acharya has several degrees, Mr. White may have a psedo bible diploma which can not hold up in a debate.

Chris, I recently saw one of Anthony J Hilder's videos called "Illuminazi" where he talks about the NWO and Illuminati and all, and at one point, where he is near Area 51, he seems to suggest that the aliens that are allegedly there, are actually (as Dr. Michael Heiser argues) fallen angels, who are being genetically modified, and experimented on in order to make a public appearance and carry out the end times deception.

What do you think of this theory, and do you have an evidence of it? Thanks
