  • First off, This is the FIRST vid Ive ever seen that says NOT to snack. Your supposed to snack on veggies and fruit to keep you from feeling hungry and then eating alot more when its meal time. Also, Your supposed to eat your "BIG" meal at lunch , and your smaller meal at Supper. Hope this helps, cus it sure does make sense doesnt it???

  • @mydollstuff Research tells me that a woman 5 foot 4 should not intake more that 1350 Calories. But what you have to realize is this number can easily change depending on if you diet, workout or not and the type of activites you do in day. also before I say this I want to stress not to cheat when on a diet but if you work a real hard warehouse type job, more than likly you are burning off more calories than a tellamarketer so you could take in my be 1450 cal and be ok. Good luck!!

  • Most of this is helpful except for the fact that you should wait 4 hours between meals and have a snack in between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner.
