But what you have to realize is this number can easily change depending on if you diet, workout or not and the type of activites you do in day. also before I say this I want to stress not to cheat when on a diet but if you work a real hard warehouse type job, more than likly you are burning off more calories than a tellamarketer so you could take in my be 1450 cal and be ok.
