whats the hp increase?

with pipe/k&n/open air box/rejet it dyno'd at 19 ponies. its slightly underpowered for me now that im confident on it. 331 Bill Blue jug is in the future.

hey bud it sounds great! i'm trying to find an exhaust for my klx 250. and i'm really interested in getting the big gun exhaust. but when you put on your new exhaust, do you have to re-jet your carbs? or can you just add the slip-on. and just ride it as is?

i cant remember offhand, i think its the evox tho.... i believe this model is discontinued and they have another model that is similiar.. the one i have is starting to look like shit from rust under the ceramic coating.. the new models are straight stainless.

I notice its hesitating... You need some new jetting or maybe a better airfilter.. Your letting out to much air and not enough in.

as stated in the video comments:

"clip for people to see what the big gun sounds like on a klx250s.... the bike was cold and not jetted yet for the new exhaust/airbox mods so it does stutter a little.. but you can definitely hear the difference coming from a stock exhaust"

i talked to you a while a go about the big gun exhust for the klx 250 and i bought it for my enduro and i love it it sounds great and gave it quite a bit of power so thanks for the help

i just ordered the full system big gun exhaust for my klx250s and asked the rep what kind of jet kit to use.. big gun told me not to use one but to turn the main jet 1 1/2 turns out or 2 if u use an aftermarket airfilter like k&n

the rep is a total retard then. this bike is ridiculously lean from the factory.. adding a pipe will only exaggerate the lean state of the bike. if you dont rejet plan on replacin valves down the road ;)

as a sidenote... after put my pipe on i had it dyno'd jet'd then dyno'd again to confirm proper jetting. coupled with no air box lid and lower gearing this bike RIPS on the trails!!
