There's a new one that I have called "Super Scribblenauts," which has adjectives, so you can write "Zombified fire-breathing flying moose" and it will make one.

The coolest creatures they put in there still are Cthulhu and Shoggoth. I also guess, they're are the biggest and strongest creature. (Except for things like vampire and stuff which can only be defeated by special things/persons)
