hello guitar fans, who want to know the work of tb Mazin Silva, Brazilian guitarist, feel free to listen to Brazilian guitar,,,, Mazin SILVA (search youtube)
We played the version right out of the "Real Book." It's a book of Jazz standards that came out of the Berklee School of Music unofficially. It is not in Tab, it is written in music notation. However, if you send me an email, I can probably hook you up with the Sheet music.
ehhhh theres something wrong, the swing is way to heavy with out the backup of the precussion it sounds empty and confused, theres something wrong with the beat
I thought you guys did a good job with this -- Horace would be OK with it. I seem to be having tech trouble posting here, links and such, so I will just say that online I am known as Manifesto Joe's Texas Blues. That should get you there, if you want me to put something else on the post. I'd be happy to.
We are having a Jazz/Folk event at our church on June 23, and this is one of the tunes that I am going to play with our group. I love the double message of the title, about our earthly father and our heavenly father.
Wonderful. I have a short video of this song on YouTube also. I just love this tune! Be playin' it on May 17th at our final school concert. Gotta love Horace Silver.

The drummer is miked too loud and the bass solo totally unneccessary. The sax guy has chops tho'.

Nice job. Enjoyed it. This is one of my favorites too. And forget the people that "rag" on you about your faith - whatever faith you choose!

This tune is a jewel. I think the first time I remember hearing it was George Benson's version. So lyrical!
