  • I hate UNION, give the WORKING CLASS WHO WANT TO WORK-THE RIGHT!!!

  • *cant*

  • This lady seems very miserable. I don't think she's ever had sex.

  • what she is tryn to tell ya is work for a lower wage, have a outhouse for a dressn room go nonunion, and they may cast you in a jail rape take

  • unions are disgusting

  • people wonder why jobs go overseas. unions slows growth. its one of the reason the US is in the economic position that its in. its one of the main reasons american car companies still make shitty cars.

  • @golfmaniac007 just to let you know i had the same idea about unions till i got fired from a nonunion job after 10 years for BS reasons, now i have a union job, and i have seen people keep there jobs when a manager has a bad day and wants to fire someone. A good portion of jobs that went to Taco land were jobs that were in factorys that had a mixed force, union/nonunion jobs.. I blame it all on Walmart, they sell almost nothing from the USA, and we all flock to them and give up our money

  • @golfmaniac007 Unions don't get to make the decisions that result in shitty cars being made, management does. GM is a stellar example, they went bankrupt because management decisions forced the workers to make shitty cars that no one wanted. No one was giving unions credit when GM was making record profits, so what's the difference? Smells like hypocrisy.

  • @bddc201 Horrible model designs are mainly the governments fault trying to get them to build car types that nobody wants (we built more hybrids & so called FE cars than anybody else), as for the quality levels that does come up against the union, prices must be kept low enough for people to buy cars, so some level of cost efficiency must be met.

As for record profit, the recent claim to that also goes to the government, but earlier claims earn you credit for not behaving like children.

  • @BillyJoe1305 At one point in GM's history, they offered 26 different instrument cluster options for one model of car. That's just one of their insane business practices. Inept management is what brought GM down. Unions aren't a hindrance to quality or even the price of a car, it's the people making the decisions at the top who are being overpaid to ruin viable corporations.

  • @bddc201 Did 26 dash options cause better sales? Do you even know? ALL expenses have an effect on overall price though.

  • @BillyJoe1305 Have you ever bought a car based on instrument cluster options?

  • @bddc201 The American branch of BMW uses enough mixed labor to tell unions where to shove it & they do wonderful, so the "smart" CEOs seem to see a correlation.

  • @BillyJoe1305 So they make a good car at a profit, so what? Unions are the reason for many of the good things you enjoy now. Weekends. 40 hr. work weeks. Pensions. Health insurance. Equal employment opportunity. Safe working environment. No more child labor. Envision what your life would be like now if unions had never existed, assuming you'd be alive at all. Maternity leave. Pre-natal care. Immunizations.

  • @bddc201 Child labor only became illegal after it became uncommon, I'd love it if I was allowed to work longer for extra money without the government saying my employer has to increase my wages by 50%. Maternity leave is wrong, people should only paid for work they do. Even when I had a gov job I didn't get pre-natal, and EO policies have been shown to cause more discrimination than free market practices. unions are responsible for nothing more than bureaucracy.

  • @bddc201 "Unions are the reason for many of the good things you enjoy now" Only if you are in involved in work that could be done by a monkey. If you use your mind at all in earning a living this simply doesn't apply. "Envision what your life would be like now if unions had never existed" I wouldn't have collectivists using government as a weapon to steal from me.

  • @Huboons "Work that could be done by a monkey"? You really take yourself seriously, don't you? Can you offer a single example of a job that can be done without the use of your mind? You sound like one of those Randian idiots who bash collectivism reflexively without really considering the many benefits it has brought. BTW, the Rand corporation is a collective.

  • @bddc201 Anything involving using tools and processes created by other people. So basically any union job. You notice its only in industries that any asshole can walk in off the street and do the job in a week that unions have numbers. And with good reason. It is not their individual value that gives them their job but the threat of violence if their demands are not met. Also you are confusion a voluntary collection of people with collectivism. Its a common mistake with your kind.

  • @Huboons You've never done any honest work, have you?

  • @bddc201 I find it unlikely that we think the word honest means the same thing. You are a collectivist, by definition anyone who does not agree with you is dishonest.

  • @Huboons Anti-union = supporter of slavery. It really is just that simple.

  • @bddc201 Please do elaborate. Does this mean anyone who is not in a union is a slave?

  • @bddc201 Slaves dont get paid and they can quit there job anytime... Your an idiot.

  • @fargonbastedge Slavery is exactly what anti-union employers want to return to. They don't want to pay, they want to be able to fire anyone, anytime, for no reason whatsoever. They want a return to feudalism where they rule with an iron fist and take whatever they want. Unions were created because they are necessary.

  • @bddc201 You have got to be one gulible son of a bitch to actually that business owners want to return to slavery.

All they want to do is just run there companies effectively, but they cant because they have unions breathing down there necks. Spending unnecessary capitol and preventing the company from growing and hiring new people.

I've created 12 jobs in my life. How many has your worthless non-contribution to society-ass created?

    OUTLAW UNIONS!!!

  • @fargonbastedge I've actually worked for people like that, that's how I know. Unions were created to stop abuse and to have a real balance of power so just salaries could be negotiated in good faith. You sound like one of those clueless guys who people despise working for. Claiming you "created" jobs seems to give your kind a baffling sense of entitlement. If there is one thing employers seem to hate, it's having to negotiate enforceable contracts in good faith. Are you that guy?

  • @bddc201 No the reason why I said I "created jobs" is because I understand what needs to be done in order to create jobs...

  • @fargonbastedge Hate to break it to you, but you're one of those full-of-himself guys who thinks he's god's gift to humanity. You never created anything. You hired people so you could make more money for yourself. You aren't noble or good-hearted. You're a business owner who thinks the world owes him. I've seen your brand of arrogance before.

  • @bddc201 I never hired people directly, nor do i own a buisness. I only make 50k. I improved the business (by bringing more people to the website). therefore he hired more people to keep up with the customers coming in...

You were probaly raised by a single mother. Who every-night, went to TGI fridays or applesbees during happy hour, looking for an ethnic minority who looks good in a leather jacket, with slick back hair, flipping a nickel.

How many javiers or jamals have you had to call daddy?

  • @fargonbastedge Sorry for assuming incorrectly. I'm sure your employer is having a good chuckle at your expense, both literally and figuratively. You're certainly entitled to your opinion. You're even entitled to enrich your employer with no incentive to do so, but bashing unions doesn't "create" any jobs. Unions are the reason there is a middle class, and the U.S. was in much better shape when a lot more people were represented by them.

  • @bddc201 Unions didn't produce the middle class. the industrial revolution did. Stop making shit up.

When society turns its back on its inventors, creators and pay check providers. It has nowhere else to go but in decline.

I use to have your attitude until I created about over 10 jobs once. Then you'll grow up and realize noone owes you anything and you should be thankful you live in a country that has the largest economy and most opportunity.

but thats not good enough for some people.

  • @fargonbastedge I'd be interested to hear how you "created" 10 jobs and why it changed your mind. No one owes me anything? I don't deserve compensation for my labor? How do you figure? I'm very thankful I live in a country where I have the right to join a union. Unions are why we enjoy such a high standard of living.

  • @bddc201 " I don't deserve compensation for my labor"

    Ya its called a paycheck

  • @bddc201 No they aren't! More people could be hired if it weren't for unions making ridiculous demands. Think about it, why do companies move over seas? Its because the democrats raise their taxes and they have to pay insanely high rates because of the unions.

  • @BrandonCRC Companies move overseas so they can do things that would be illegal over here, like paying laborers far less than a living wage, polluting the environment, making people work 80 hour workweeks without safety implements. Many of these criminal corporations are slowly discovering that the foreigners don't want to work for free either. They are also discovering that the governments that welcomed them with open arms are corrupt to their core and robbing them blind.

  • @bddc201 You don't have to pay people a living wage here either! Yet nearly all employees are paid above minimum.

  • @BrandonCRC But only 12% of the workforce is Union. Surely you're not dumb enough to believe that Unions are causing non-union jobs to go overseas. I'm a Union Boilermaker, I've paid over $700 a week in taxes before. Those poor fucking millionaires ain't the only ones paying taxes.

  • @bddc201 HIGH is the problem, food, electric, gas, oil, and the cost of living! Without Union=no price increases! A high standard of living, give me a break...the fucking UNIONS made this mess! No worry bro, our nation is on the demise and when ISRAEL attacks Iran, there's no explanation nor solution!

  • @mess9u2 Interesting you mentioned food and utilities. Just try and buy those commodities the way non-union employers do; tell them to take or leave your price and that there are plenty who will take it if they don't like it. Just see how long you stay warm and fed. Unions made this mess? Yeah, right. Keep smoking, Cheech. How come no one was giving unions credit when automakers were making record profits?

  • @mess9u2 If Unions are causing all these high prices why have they continued to rise as Union labor has declined? Everything we buy nowadays is made in China where labor cost is nothing, but prices still go up. So if it's all because of the labor cost then why can buy a pair of American made boots that last longer at a comparable price to China made boots where Labor costs are nothing? Have you ever saw a company lower its prices after moving its factories to China?

  • @fargonbastedge Without unions, there would be no middle class. I'm not making that up, it's an acknowledged fact.

  • @fargonbastedge What you think that all the companies got together and decided to be generous? You're fuckin insane. Our forefathers fought like hell for everything we enjoy. My dad had to fight for a quarter raise once, from a company making record profits. The industrial revolution brought about extensive child labor and deplorable working/living conditions. The labor movement brought the conditions we enjoy today, NOT THE INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION.

  • @nktank84 No dumbass. People are paid for their work. Dont like the pay. Find another job... and stop bitching already, the US has the highest paid workforce in the world, but I guess that's not good enough for spoiled brats like you.

Its people like you is why so many jobs are being outsourced. Because business dont want to deal with unions and I dont blame them. Unions dont provide an actual product or service and yet they some how try and make the rules.

    The most unioized states like

  • @fargonbastedge You're ignoring the whole point of my post. You claimed that the industrial revolution gave us the things we enjoy today. But the rich never gave the working class any of the things that we are speaking of. We fought for it all, inch by inch men fought so that they wouldn't have to work like people in China do today. So that a man didn't have to work 12 hrs a day, 7 days a week for subsistance pay.So that thousands didn't have to die to save the rich some money.

  • @fargonbastedge I'm a Union Boilermaker, my Union hall provides high quality tradesmen to union contractors. We work high pressure outages making X-ray quality welds under very harsh conditions. We also travel nine months a year doing our job, sacrificing everything to make our living. I sacrifice more for my job, I go weeks without seeing my home or my wife. I don't want too much, just a decent living wage and benefits.

  • @bradz I hear you on that. I was talking more about skilled tradesman vs walmart.... But the walmart union did get better working conditions for employees that were being kept as part time only to avoid having to pay for benefits, and decreased the hostile environment.... Not 100 percent but definitely better than before. Wonder if that would have gotten done with only one person fighting for it alone.

  • People who discourage you from joining a union are trying to drive Down cost,or salaries for you job.... Don't join a union and on day you be getting paid $9.00 per hour with no overtime

  • @Loudensll : Walmart employees are unionized, do they make mega bucks? Supply and demand buddy!

  • What do u mean by "non-union work will develope your skills ?"

I don't believe there is a diffrence between the work it self wheather it's bound by a union or not.

    thanks anyway.

  • @TheUssr5 No difference in the work. However in general non union workers produce much higher results. Reason is rewards for productivity. Unions get the same whether they work or not and regardless of the quality
