@MedievalRodent When you base an entire show around nothing but how sexy your main character is, eventually the joke will run its course. We get it Julia, you have a big chest. That isn't enough to form a whole sitcom around. The problem with "The New Adventures of Old Christine" is that it only drew a younger make audience. Women don't want to tune in to watch Julia Louis-Dreyfus shake her big booty and bounce her breasts around. The show lacked substance, that is why it was cancelled.

It is dificult to get Seinfeld and Elaine out of the head. So, when people watch this show, they see "Elaine" doing things that are very different from the things she used to do. That stands in the way.
