Hey there, has someone here used Gallactico 324 Diet (google it) , one of my fellow workers lost tremendous amount of excess fat using Gallactico 324 Diet, however wanted a consumer review before opting for that.
LOL in no way is this meant to take away from your accomplishment which I think is great. But how come you have jeans from 8th grade that stopped fitting you? :D And what grade is your final goal? If you are aiming to fit in to something footed I am gonna stop watching before you try them on.
Congrats pete I'm happy for you. I haven't had or do I currently have had a specific clothing size in mind but I wanna get to a healthier weight of about 200 lbs.
I've never wanted to get into a certain size or weight. It's more about feeling good about myself and feeling good withIN myself. Cliche, i know, but screw that. If I feel good then people see that and are all "DAYMN SHE LOOK NICE TODEE." And stuff.
i don't have any clothes that I would like to wear were I have to lose weight. For me it's more likely to be that I'm needing to GAIN weight/ How about that-.-
I got this one pair of jeans when I was in the sixth grade and I always wanted to wear them. I was a six 12 and the pants were a size 2. In the ninth grade I finally got to fit into them after doing daily exercises and such. (20-40 min tredmill, 20-60 sit up, 20-40 push up)
I was a size 18 (229lbs) a month ago and now I'm personally down to a 16/14 (about 220 - 215lbs). I'm working on getting down to 160lbs so I can enlist in the USAF. I've considered doing this video thing but personally I'm way to self conscious! Congratulations for having the courage to post this!!
our body needs to rest and yours its not different. please rest a day and you will be ok to have a new week on training. believe it or not, maybe you loose some weight just by resting. keep the good work.
good job!! keep up the good work. iv started hitting the gym myself, since Feb iv dropped 40 lbs im down to 235 now, went from a 42x30 to 38x30, keep it up feels amazing!
I haven't had that happen to me, but my father, who is also losing weight and becoming more fit, can now wear pants that he hasn't been able to wear for years.
I was about 310 a couple of months back...was out and about at a target store and saw some pants that i liked...went to try them on (42) and they didn't fit. In fact that was the biggest they offered. Tried a wal-mart and ended up with a size 46-48...after that it was all downhill..I currently have been watching what I eat and running 3.5miles every Mon. Wed. Fri. and bike 7miles on Tues. Thurs. I'm down to a size 38 now and have those pants I wanted on right now!..Keep up the good work man!
You're wrong about something. Those jeans ARE unbelievable ;-D
J/k of course. Keep up the great work, buddy. At 308 I was in a 44. At 284 I'm in a 42. I have no stories of jeans past, but I have kept a pair of jeans from my freshman year of high school. I would like to fit into them just once more before I throw them away (they were SilverTab). I loved those jeans, but I like refined grains, so they no longer fit. I was in them at 240lbs. I wonder if I can do that again. They're a 36 in waist.

I've always wanted to gain some weight.
its freaking impossible to find 28x28 jeans anywhere
usually the smallest a men's department of any store will have is 29x30, which is like 2 inches off my waist.
the only way i can find jeans my size is in the kids department, size 16.
