@66punkprincess66 there are a lot of software that can capture the screen as video. I didn't actually capture the video as it is flash and I couldn't get to the actual flash animation file. So I just capture my screen while it was playing. Some of of the screen capture programmes give you a choice between capturing the sound from your mic or the input to your sound card.. that simple..
